Maine Duck Tours’ vessel is not equipped with restrooms. Restrooms are available at the Casco Bay Lines Ferry Terminal, 56 Commercial Street (several blocks away from loading), the City of Portland maintains port-a-potty toilets on Long Wharf (across the street from The Blue Lobster Gifts), or at nearby restaurants for patrons. Please allocate enough time for a restroom break before your tour.
All Maine Duck Vessels are not wheelchair accessible. However, if the person can physically access our ladder, our Customer Service Ambassador will store a walker, wheelchair, or other assistive device for the duration of the tour.

Tours are only cancelled in the event of high winds/seas or fog. If Maine Duck Tours cancels a tour prior to starting the tour a refund will granted. Refunds will not be granted if your group/charter cancels for any reason after deposit/full payment.
Our vessels are not heated. Groups should dress appropriately for the day’s weather. In Maine, the weather can change very quickly, we suggest layering.
